KIZAN.Creds™ and KIZAN.Collective™ Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the KIZAN.Creds™” and “KIZAN.Collective™” rewards scheme (“Scheme”) operated by Kizan Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in the Scheme, you agree to these Terms.

1. Introduction

a. “KIZAN.Creds™” and “KIZAN.Collective™” is run by Kizan Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 16815473 (“Kizan”, “KIZAN.”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
b. These Terms and Conditions, together with any communications with you relating to KIZAN.Creds™, are the terms that apply to KIZAN.Creds™.
c. In the event of any dispute regarding any aspect of KIZAN.Creds™, the decision of KIZAN. shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2. Eligibility

a. Participation in the Scheme is limited to UK-registered organisations.
b. This scheme is only available to KIZAN. registered account holders.
c. KIZAN.Creds™ are collected and managed on behalf of the registered account company and remain the property of the company. They are not the property of any individual employed or acting on behalf of the company or the nominated scheme holder.

3. Participation

a. Eligible customers will be opted-in by default upon account registration.
b. Customers may opt-out at any time upon request.
c. Once opted out, customers may be opt back in at any point upon request.
d. A scheme holder must be nominated for each participating organisation and it is the responsibility for the organisation to inform KIZAN. of any changes of holder information as in such it is possible for KIZAN. to operate the scheme effectively.

4. Earning Kizan Credits

a. Credits are earned through purchases made in accordance with the Scheme rules.
b. Credits may not be exchanged for cash or any other monetary equivalents.

5. Redemption of Credits for services from Kizan Private Fund

a. Credits may be redeemed from companies own protected fund upon request when purchasing KIZAN. services.
b. The redemption value, along with any applicable promotions, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
c. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
d. Any and all redemptions must be authorised by the companies nominated Scheme holder.

6. Donation of Credits

a. Credits will by default be credited to the companies own KIZAN. fund which can only be redeemed by the company.
b. Credits can be donated to the KIZAN.Collective™ Fund at any time.
c. Credits can be donated to another KIZAN. account holders fund at any time.
b. Default credit action can be changed by the nominated Scheme holder at any time.

5. Redemption of Credits for services from KIZAN.Collective™ Fund

a. Credits can be applied for use from the KIZAN.Collective™ Fund through formal application to KIZAN. These applications are subject to approval and are not guaranteed.
b. Applicants may be awarded partial redemption from the requested amount based on the judgement of KIZAN.
c. Applicants will be notified of application outcome within 20 working days from the first full day after the application is submitted.
d. Applicants will have 20 working days from the first full day after the application confirmation has been notified to accept the allocated funds.
e. Accepted funds will be withdrawn and credited to the applicants private fund within 5 working days of acceptance.

6. Promotions and Rewards

a. From time to time, we may run promotional campaigns, for example:

  • Double points during certain periods

  • Special discounts for specific customer group.

b. Customers may find out about promotions via the website or marketing emails.
c. By enrolling in the Scheme, customers accept marketing emails by default.
d. Participation in promotions requires following the enrolment process outlined with each promotion.
e. Promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.

7. Account Management

a. KKIZAN.Creds™ balances will be provided upon request and periodically to the nominated scheme holder.
b. Participants may manage credits through their registered accounts, including donation to approved funds.
c. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or terminate accounts if the Scheme is believed to be used in unintended or abusive ways or any way which will negatively impact the purpose of this Scheme as set out and perceived by us.

8. Modifications and Termination

a. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or terminate the Scheme, these Terms, or any individual promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Liability

a. We do not accept liability for:

    • Technical failures or errors in credit allocation

    • Loss, delay, or mismanagement of credits due to system issues

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the Scheme

b. We are not responsible for any events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, system outages, or acts of theird parties (“Force Majeure”).

10. Data Protection

a. Participation in the Scheme is subject to compliance with data protection laws.
b. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, and may be shared with third parties as necessary to operate the Scheme and deliver promotions.

11. General

a. Participation in the Scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
b. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
c. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
